These Terms & Conditions apply to coaching programs, training, digital materials, and related services offered by The Kenny Rushing School of Real Estate Investing Inc., doing business as Kenny Rushing School of Real Estate Investing.
Kenny Rushing School of Real Estate Investing provides educational training and coaching related to real estate investing. Specific program services, coaching sessions, training materials, resources, pricing, and program duration vary by the coaching program purchased.
The specific services and benefits included with a student's purchase are governed by the applicable enrollment agreement accepted by the student at the time of enrollment.
Payment must be received, or an approved payment arrangement must be established, before program access is activated.
Program access, digital training materials, proprietary forms, and related resources may be provided after the applicable enrollment agreement has been signed and any required payment has been confirmed.
Students are responsible for providing accurate contact information and maintaining access to the email address used for enrollment.
Purchasers enrolled under a current coaching program agreement may cancel their enrollment without penalty by submitting written notice no later than 11:59 p.m. in the purchaser's local time on the third business day following the date of purchase, as provided in the applicable enrollment agreement.
Upon a timely cancellation under that policy, program access will be terminated and amounts paid will be refunded to the original payment method.
After the applicable cancellation period expires, payments are final and nonrefundable except as otherwise required by applicable law. Coaching services, digital products, training materials, contracts, forms, addendums, and other program resources are nonrefundable.
No refund will be issued solely because a student fails to participate, misses sessions, does not complete the program, or does not achieve a desired business or financial result. Any exception or exchange is at the Company's discretion and must be approved in writing.
All programs, coaching, training, and materials are provided for educational and coaching purposes only.
The Company does not provide legal, tax, accounting, lending, brokerage, or investment advice.
Real estate investing involves risk. The Company does not guarantee income, profits, completed deals, financing, business success, or any specific result or outcome.
Examples, testimonials, case studies, or discussions of individual results should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees that any student will achieve the same or similar results.
Students are responsible for performing their own due diligence and consulting qualified legal, tax, financial, or other professionals before acting on information provided through the program.
Students agree to participate professionally, communicate respectfully, complete applicable action steps, and comply with applicable laws and ethical business practices.
Each student remains solely responsible for their own business decisions, contracts, negotiations, transactions, expenses, financing, and other activities undertaken during or after participation in a program.
The Company may suspend or terminate program access for unlawful, abusive, disruptive, fraudulent, or unauthorized conduct. Such termination does not automatically create a right to a refund.
Training materials, recordings, contracts, forms, addendums, methods, course content, and other proprietary resources are owned by or licensed to the Company and are provided for the student's personal business education and use.
Students may not reproduce, sell, publish, distribute, share login credentials, or provide proprietary program materials to others without prior written permission from the Company.
Students must respect the privacy and confidential information of coaches, staff members, and other students participating in coaching sessions, programs, or events.
Testimonials, reviews, photographs, videos, or other promotional materials will be used in accordance with applicable permissions, agreements, and law.
Any testimonial or example of a student's experience represents that individual's experience and does not guarantee that another student will achieve the same result.
Coaching schedules, instructors, event dates, locations, agendas, speakers, training materials, and other program details may be adjusted when reasonably necessary.
Any material change to a student's purchased program remains subject to the applicable enrollment agreement and any written amendments approved by the Company.
These website Terms & Conditions provide general terms applicable to the Company's programs and services.
A student's signed enrollment agreement, together with any applicable written payment plan or addendum, governs the specific program purchased, including pricing, included services, program duration, and other package-specific terms.
If there is a conflict regarding package-specific services or benefits, the student's applicable signed enrollment agreement controls to the extent permitted by law.
Electronic signatures and electronic delivery of enrollment agreements and related documents may be used and are intended to have the same effect as original signatures and paper delivery, subject to applicable law.
